![]() ![]() That doesn't mean it's the best way to garner attention for their game, but maybe they aren't concerned with doing that yet. But where I feel you and everyone else is going wrong is feeling entitled to news & updates of the game in development. Updates are fantastic with games in development, can't argue with that. But I saw a lot of people ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ about the devs, and that sparked a rare motivation in me to say something. ![]() Also, I didn't even know that TC was making the sequel to HK until yesterday.years after I last played HK & years after the sequel was apparently announced. Compared to most people, I probably suck at HK. Hollow Knight was an absolute masterpiece give Team Cherry as much time as they need to make the next masterpiece. I'd rather wait another year and get the rightful sequel to HK than get an unfinished game two months from now. Why would you want to potentially guilt the devs into releasing prematurely, and end up with a game that is below the standards of the original HK? That sounds awful. I see a lot of clowns doing this for some reason. Getting frustrated and making a post saying you will "no longer wait for the game" also won't accomplish anything, other than outing you as a little child throwing a tantrum. ![]() Making a thread crying that the game isn't released yet won't make it come any faster or accomplish anything. Adding the game to your wishlist, forgetting about it, and playing other games costs you absolutely nothing. That includes a release date, an approximate release date, occasionally updates on their progress developing the new HK, or anything else. The devs at Team Cherry do not owe you anything. ![]()
